Green School in Bali

Indonesia entered the ranks of the most polluted country number 3 globally.  However, Indonesia is a country who produce the biggest oxigent number two after Brazil.

Indonesian people begin to aware of good environments.  They also realize that their country support oxygent to all over the earth.  Besides, many buildings are now built environmentally friendly.

Bamboo is (again) a good and friendly materials to build a building.  Because of that, 

John Hardy and Chintia Hardy eager to make a green school in Bali.  The green school was fully made by bamboo materials.

The Green School - Kul-Kul Campus is located in the village Sibang Kaja, 30 km Daei downtown Denpasar.  It is an amazing building since John Hardy is a jewelry designer and successful businessman.

Cooling air is no longer using AC, but the windmill through an underground tunnel.  The electricity was powered by using bio-gas made ​​from animal waste to power the stove. There were shrimp ponds as the cultivation as well as cow farm.  It also supported with sports arenas, laboratories, libraries, etc..
